    I lost 12 lbs on WW a few years ago. It’s the ONLY plan, not a diet, that WORKS.

  16. One widespread mistake is to think that as a result of we’re eating healthy foods we are able to eat as a lot as we would like to. For example- almonds are good for you… salmon, olive oil, brown rice, etc. however they still pack a whole lot of calories per serving (and a few serving sizes are ridiculously small so we are inclined to ignore them). Though the calories are “good” they still count for the general daily calorie intake and can undermine weight loss progress.
